Starting in 1987 Juan and Tony bought their fist food truck in San Fernando Valley to share their love for cooking. Incorporating recipes from home, the state of Michoacán and blending it with the Los Angeles street style. The concept was simple; Classic recipes, fresh ingredients, never frozen and everything made from scratch. Flavors as if you are eating at a taco stand in the heart of Mexico. Still run by Tony and children today, we take pride in our recipes and stick to our principles. Keeping it minimal, no chips and guac, no frills, just real southern Mexican street food.
